Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim are of the biggest cities in Norway. In these cities you can find DNT tour Information centres that can be contacted for info on hiking tours and walks in the areas they operate. In all cities, nature experiences can be combined with urban life in the same day.

Oslo

In Norway's Captial you can take the metro, tram, bus or train and easily get to hiking trails and cabins in the forests surrounding Oslo (Oslomarka), or to locations along the fjord for coastal walks. From Aker Brygge in the city centre, you can also take a passenger ferry to the islands in the Oslo fjord or maybe you wish to join one of the DNT's kayaking tours or courses from Sørenga and paddle across the fjord?
